Conditiong Classes

Muscle Work & Muscle Work ++
Group strength training for all fitness levels set to music using barbells, dumb bells, BOSU, fit balls, Glides and resist-a-bands.  Focuses on major muscle groups in upper and lower body parts plus abdominals.  Improve muscular tone, endurance and strength.  Muscle Work ++ will incorporate cardio segments into the class-a step above Muscle Work in intensity.
Power Tone
This class will include redefining muscles, balance and flexibility through the use of Pilates basics, yoga stretching as well as various equipment.  Hand held weights, resistance bands, small Pilates balls and large fit balls will provide variety, fun and results in this class.
