samSam Morton

 

CERTIFICATIONS

Sam has over five years experience as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school and D-I college level. He is certified through USA Weightlifting as a Sport Performance Coach, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has his Masters degree in exercise physiology.

BACKGROUND

Sam grew up in Seattle Washington He played football at Carroll College in Helena, MT and attended Graduate School at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and the University of North Dakota.

PHILOSOPHY

Sam loves Olympic lifting and sports performance.

Johnny Crawford


CERTIFICATIONS

Johnny received his bachelors degree in Mass Communications from the University of Mary.  Johnny is certified through the American Council on Exercise as a personal trainer.

BACKGROUND

Johnny grew up in Los Angeles, California. He played football at the University of Mary and has lived here in Bismarck ever since. Johnny is involved in numerous organizations and also helps coach football at St. Marys High School.

PHILOSOPHY
Exercise not only feels good but also reduces the risk of developing lifestyle related diseases (stroke, heart attack, diabetes). Regular exercise is also vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best.

 

 

 

Rob DeKrey


CERTIFICATIONS

NASM CPT, Bachelors degree in Fitness and Health

BACKGROUND

Grew up in Steele, ND attended the University of Mary to play basketball and finished with a Bachelors in Fitness and Health

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy sport specific training and helping people reach and maintain a physically fit and healthy lifestyle.

 

Cindy Heier


CERTIFICATIONS

Cindy is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. She also holds a group exercise certification through NETA.

BACKGROUND

Cindy grew up in Grand Forks, ND. She majored in Business Management at the University of North Dakota. She owns her own business with her husband. Cindy has been a Weight Watchers leader for over 8 years. Feeling that something was missing from her life, Cindy decided to hire a personal trainer to become more in shape and to feel better. She discovered her passion for exercise and all the benefits that come from it.

PHILOSOPHY

Exercise has so many benefits. It can make you feel better about yourself, be a healthier person,

reduce your stress levels, and help you to be the best person that you can be!

 

 

Bernie Belzer

 

CERTIFICATIONS

Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work,CPR/AED Certified

BACKGROUND

 I worked for 15 years providing counseling services with my social work degree. I enjoy working with people, and believe this experience has provided me with a strong foundation to assist people in improving their physical health. I have been involved in sports since a child, and continue to enjoy participating as an adult. I am committed to fitness, and am passionate about running.

PHILOSOPHY

 I know with hard work and dedication, almost anything is possible.  I enjoy working with people who are committed to fitting exercise into their busy day and

 enjoy a challenge. There is no EASY way to get in shape.  It takes hard work, time, sweat. But you CAN do it, and the benefits to your life will be great. You areworth it. Your family is worth it. You take the step, but I will be pushing you!
