Whether you like the challenge of a double step class that involves high energy, choreographed movements or the burn and sweat of a group cycling class we have them all. From beginner levels where you can learn step, cycle, kickboxing or for the advanced exerciser who wants to take their fitness to the next level. Pick out your favorite workout or try something new you’ve never done before.
Cardio 101Cardio 101 is a combination of any of the following cardio activities or the instructor may focus on just “one for the night” including kickboxing, step, double step, low impact, drums alive, zumba. Some toning may be incorporated the last 10 minutes of class.Drums AliveDrums Alive®

Easy on the brain but challenging for the heart. A combination of easy to follow step work, followed by a blast of cycle and finish up with some great core training. This class is great for those that like to do a little step without fancy choreography.Super Step
Intense cardio workout for the already fit exerciser using multiple steps. Challenge your body and mind in this fun, energetic class. This class is not appropriate for beginners.Cycling
One of the most popular group fitness classes at the YMCA. No complicated choreography, intensity controlled by you and easy to learn techniques. Video Cycling classes will incorporate the use of a big screen to take your mind off your workout and let you focus on the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, the Caribbean Sea or the Virgin Islands. We can now accommodate up to 30 riders. No bugs, wind or rain, just an awesome workout with rockin tunes.
Easy Rider
Learn the basic rules of the road and cycling techniques. Build up your endurance, you'll be ready to join the regular Cycling classes in no time at all. No fancy choreography to learn and you can work at a pace you are comfortable with.
Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing has easy to follow steps and is a great workout for anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level.
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Work out, get hooked and get into shape whle you are having a "fitness party". Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This class again is for all fitness levels and you might just have so much fun you won't even realize you are working!
