We promise to help you get comfortable, connected and find success at the Y. Healthy Start is taught in the Northern Energy Life Center or in the Private Women’s Fitness Room-
- Private Women's Fitness Room for women to comfortably exercise with strength and cardio equipment in privacy
- YMCA Youth Sports: Youth and Itty Bitty Sports for ages 3 and up in a variety of sports: basketball, volleyball, golf, soccer, baseball
- Pools and YMCA Swim Lessons: Swim lessons for kids and adults at discounted member rates, and open swim for kids and families, and lap swimming available throughout the day in each of our two pools
- Fitness Locker Rooms: Private adult locker area with card access, amenities, personal kit locker, private lounge, whirlpool, sauna and towel service
