Seals Swim Team is here for you to improve your competitive swimming skills, meet new friends, and have FUN! The Seals believe with the practice and the support of your team any personal goal is achievable. Our motto is “Empowering young people to be champions in life through excellence in swimming.” We believe in the betterment of each individual as a person with the support of the team in the swimming pool.

• Ages 7 through 18 are welcome to join the Seals (must have passed Minnow level)

• Fish, Flying Fish and Shark swimmers are strongly encouraged to join the Seals Team

• Swimmers will be placed in groups according to age and ability

• There will be a specifi c theme for each practice, no matter the experience of the swimmer

• Stroke profi ciency and mechanics will be targeted at each practice as these are the key ingredients to becoming a great swimmer

Monday- Thursday 5:15-6:15 or 6:30-7:30

Friday (Optional) 5:15-6:30

In order to accommodate your schedule, you may come to any or all of the above practice times and days.

Fee: $45 Menber $90 Non-Member

The Seals Swim team will follow Swim Lesson Registration, Session Dates. See page 13 for details.

Are designed for you to compete, but more importantly to have fun and gain competitive experience. Fun Meets will give you a chance to meet your personal goals, while still having fun competing against yourself and your friends. Dates of Fun Meets will be communicated to the swimmers at a later date.
